Tea Health Benefits

For the past twenty years, research has been discovering a myriad of health benefits from the consumption of tea. Phytonutrients in plants such as tea are the main drivers of these health benefits and in this blog we will explore these compounds to understand exactly what and how they are helpful. This post is the first in a series of articles and will summarize the general health benefits of tea phytonutrients. They are:

In summary, drinking tea daily and in moderation has been shown clearly to have many positive health impacts.
